Erin Egan

Erin brings over 15 years experience in demanding operational and construction environments both in Australia and internationally. Having co-managed a busy commercial building company for the past two years, she has a first hand understanding of what it takes to run a busy trade-based business.

In her previous role she oversaw everything from job scheduling and client management, to invoicing and compliance + the endless, time consuming admin tasks that come with running your own business.

But she wasn’t just behind a desk. Erin also spent a huge amount of time on-site, in her steel caps, providing hands-on assistance to the team. She understands the pace and pressure of construction, and knows firsthand what it’s like to juggle long days, competing priorities, and after-hours paperwork.

That experience led her to focus on improving efficiencies—streamlining systems, automating processes, and finding smarter ways to manage the back end of a business. She now brings that same approach to supporting tradies, helping them stay organised, reduce admin overwhelm, and get valuable time back.

Dominica brings international experience across marketing, administration, and business operations, having worked across multiple industries including the insurance sector. With a strong academic foundation, she holds a Master’s degree in International Business Management from St Mary’s University in London, with a specialisation in Strategic Management, alongside certifications in online presence, graphic design, and web design.

Throughout her career, she has supported businesses in building their brand, improving customer communication, and creating more structured, efficient ways of working. Her experience spans both the strategic and practical side of business — from managing day-to-day operations and administrative processes, to developing systems that improve organisation, visibility, and overall performance.

At Trade Support Hub, Dominica focuses on marketing, systems implementation, business modernisation, and bookkeeping support. She works closely with tradies to simplify the way their business runs — introducing the right tools, organising their back-end processes, and helping them move away from manual, time-consuming admin.
